Rukayat Odebiyi is a seasoned People Operations professional with extensive experience in environmental sustainability through years of volunteering. She holds a B.Sc. in Biological Science from the University of Abuja and an MBA in Human Resources from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She leads the People Operations & Human Resource team and assumes the role of lead Financial Administrator at the International Climate Change Development Initiative (ICCDI) Africa, providing invaluable managerial support to the team. Currently, Rukayat serves as a Finance Officer for the African Activists for Climate Justice (AACJ) Project, where she plays an instrumental role in supporting the AYC to ensure compliance and effective implementation of activities to strengthen movements and amplify the African narratives. Her dedication to sustainable development is demonstrated through advocacy and her passion for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She extends her influence by imparting environmental sustainability, waste management, and upcycling training to young students, contributing significantly to a more sustainable future.
