PETROS CHOTO UKAMA is a passionate Environmentalist from Zimbabwe with interests in Environmental Conservation and Climate Action Advocacy. Working for the Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission Distribution company (ZETDC) and volunteering with African Youth Initiative on Climate Change Zimbabwe (AYICC). He holds a Bachelor of Science honors Degree in Environmental Science and Technology from Chinhoyi University of Technology, Zimbabwe. Currently enrolled for a Master’s Degree in Capacity Building for Response to Climate Change at Incheon National University, South Korea. A former intern at the Forestry Commission and the Environmental Management Agency. Having worked with numerous youth led organisations on environment and climate change around the country, I have hands on experience in project management, community engagement, environmental education and awareness raising on Climate Action.
