Modester Lynn is a climate change project practitioner with a background in climate policy and education. She has a vast experience in developing inclusive and intergenerational climate engagements towards community development. She has worked with NGOs, CSOs and government agencies in ideating, implementing and reviewing of key projects in the realms of Climate Change and Energy. In her capacity, Lynn has successfully overseen the coordination of climate projects in Kenya. She is a seasoned youth worker with experience in developing youth engagement in climate policy processes at global, national level and grassroot level. Her collaborative efforts with various partners have resulted in the successful execution of multiple youth initiatives. Further, working with grassroots communities and counties of Kajiado, Nyandarua and Nakuru County in the development, training of the ward climate change committees under the World Bank-FLLoCA project. Lynn is a seasoned climate educator youth worker and dialogue facilitator & moderator.
