Founder & Executive Director COUNTY CENTRE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE    Has over 9 years of experience in Humanitarian, Emergency Relief Project’s Design and Development, Project’s Programming, Management and Monitoring Evaluation & Learning with various communities at International, Regional and National levels with various Multilateral, Bilateral Development partners. He has excellent Leadership, Coordination, Networking and a people motivation and management skills with 7 years working in Partner Resource Development Sector and 6 year working in with Public Benefits Organizations. While at Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team (AMURT), Lawrence worked as Country Director in Charge of Programs, Lawrence has over 11 years of experience in Development organization Management & Administration experience having worked in similar capacity. Lawrence is proficient in computer applications i.e. Microsoft Office Packages, SPSS and other data collection and analysis packages. He also possesses knowledge in research and credited with a number of reports and publications in renowned international journals. Lawrence is a registered Environmental Social and Impact Assessment Expert Member by the National Environmental Management Authority NEMA – Kenya and currently serves as the Executive Director of Development partner/organization – COUNTY CENTRE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE where I oversee overall organization Management, administrative and leadership roles in Kenya Lake Victoria riparian counties, western region Holds a Masters in Project Planning and Management – from Egerton (Kenya), Degree in Environmental Science majored in Environmental Community Development from Egerton University (Kenya).
