Evance Oluoch is a Graduate Civil & Structural Engineer with hands-on experience in design of roads and bridges, Project Management and Contract Administration. He has Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. He is currently working with Kenya National Highways Authority as a Graduate Trainee Engineer in the Design Office since March 2022. He has assisted in production of designs of several roads and bridges in Kenya.
