Dr. Amanuel Samuel Menna
Dr. Amanuel Samuel Menna is a Veterinary Professional with hands – on experience in animal health, urban food security, permaculture and agroforestry management, community engagement and advocacy. He has a Degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Jigjiga University, Ethiopia and Candidate of M.Sc. in Project Management, In American College of Technology. He is currently the Project Coordinator for a local civil society organization, Gardula Peoples Development Association (GPDA) which is based in Southern Ethiopia Region. He has educated thousands of small-scale farmers on Agroforestry, Sustainable Agriculture and Climate Change.
Dr. Amanuel Samuel Menna is also a Project manager in projects such as “Agroforestry for Sustainable Development of People and Nature” and a Senior Project Manager for “Training and Education Programs to Improve Digital Management of Decentralized Water Scheme in Ethiopia. He is working for Slow Food Youth Network as a national coordinator in Ethiopia and for Slow Food Gardula Community. He has participated in Climate Change campaigns and international meetings such as Terra Madre Del Gusto Salone held in Torino, Italy.
